This is ancient technology for the modern mind.

Thousands of years old and will outperform any meditation app.

Vedic Meditation for people who want real results — not just once, but every day.

“We don’t chase success. We become the state of consciousness which attracts it.”

Bali sells experiences. This gives you a practice.

Ice baths, cacao ceremonies, breathwork — you can do something remarkable here every weekend and fly home with a great tan and nothing that lasts.

This isn’t another experience. It’s a technique you’re taught in four days, and then it’s yours. Twenty minutes, twice a day, anywhere. No subscription. No app. No guru to keep paying.

It works because you stop trying.

Tried meditating and decided you’re terrible at it? You weren’t. You were concentrating — watching the breath, clearing the mind, dragging yourself back every ten seconds. That’s hard work. This isn’t that.

You’re given a mantra — a sound with no meaning to hang on to. You let it move through the mind without effort, and the mind settles on its own, the way water clears when you stop stirring it. There is nothing to be good at. Finally.

  • 01

    Four consecutive days

About ninety minutes each, in person. Day one you receive your mantra; the next three build it into an ordinary life.

  • 02

    Twenty minutes, twice a day

In a chair, in normal clothes, eyes closed. Morning and late afternoon. That's the whole practice, permanently.

  • 03

    Then it's yours

Re-sit the course free, anywhere, forever. Group sits, follow-ups, and someone to ask when something changes.

What changes.

Most people feel it inside a week. Tap to see how.

In the body

Sleep. Stress. Energy.
  • Deeper sleep. Most people notice this first, and notice it fast.
  • Stress leaves. Accumulated tension drains out — no analysis, no effort.
  • Steadier energy. Fewer troughs, faster reactions under pressure.

In the head

Decisions. Focus. Space.
  • Decisions get simpler. Often before you can explain why.
  • Attention holds. You finish things without the scatter.
  • More room to think. The mind holds more when it isn’t so crowded.

In you

Less chasing. More you.
  • Less chasing. You stop hunting the next thing quite so hard.
  • Sharper instinct. Knowing arrives before the reasoning does.
  • More yourself. Less in the way of being this one.

Teacher to student, in person, for millennia.

This isn’t a wellness trend with a Sanskrit name slapped on it. It’s an instrument — a procedure with a predictable result — handed down through an unbroken lineage of masters, one person at a time, because that's the only way it transfers intact.

It survived that long for the reason any good tool survives. I trained in India under masters and was recognised within the Shankaracharya lineage as an independent teacher. I teach it the way it was handed to me.

The only technology that runs better when you stop operating it.

Musician, surfer, and Vedic initiator.

Read my storyClose

The deepest experiences of my life have never arrived through force. It took me a long time, and a strange route, to learn that.

Before I taught meditation, I was in music: running live music events, hosting a radio show and DJing underground raves. I also spent sixteen years with the didjeridu, learning from Indigenous elders in Arnhem Land. The instrument is unforgiving about effort. If you push, you get noise. If you breathe, it plays itself.

That lesson led me to India, where I trained under masters and was recognised within the Shankaracharya lineage as a teacher of Vedic Meditation. What I found there wasn’t mysticism. It was engineering: an ancient tool for the modern mind, refined over thousands of years.

Now I teach it to entrepreneurs, founders, leadership teams and anyone looking to upgrade their mental potential — not just once, but every day. Most of them are exceptionally good at effort and were never taught the other half. Twenty minutes, twice a day, gives them a rest deeper than sleep. What comes back is capacity: clearer thinking, more room to respond, and the return of original ideas. You can run a company tired. You can’t have an original thought tired.

Rest deeper. Think clearer. Create freely.

Ways I work

  • In-house programs and offsites for teams
  • 1:1 mentoring for founders and leaders
  • Public courses: Exploring The Veda, Mastering The Siddhis
  • Rounding Retreats
  • Speaking at conferences and leadership events

Reasonable questions.

I can't sit still and my mind never stops. Will this work?

Those are the two most common reasons people think they can't meditate, and neither is a problem here. You sit in a chair, comfortably. And a busy mind isn't an obstacle to this technique — thoughts during meditation are usually stress leaving. There's nothing to be good at, which is exactly why it works for people who've failed at everything else.

What’s the investment?

About one week’s earnings — once. Traditionally the contribution is set that way so the practice costs everyone the same proportion of their life, not the same number.

What you get, for life

  • Your own personal mantra and four days of in-person instruction
  • Re-sit the course free, anywhere in the world, forever
  • A global community and group meditations
  • Follow-ups, and someone to ask whenever you need it

A practice you’ll use twice a day — that’s 730 times a year, for the rest of your life. No subscription. No renewals.

Why four days? Can't I just use an app?

You can, and most people already have — that's usually why they're reading this. The technique is transmitted in person because what's handed over isn't information; it's a mantra chosen for you and instruction adjusted to what actually happens when you close your eyes. Four consecutive days is what it takes for the practice to become automatic rather than something you're still working out.

Is it religious?

No. Vedic Meditation comes from the Vedas — Sanskrit texts that predate Hinduism and Buddhism, best understood as documentation of natural law. There's nothing to believe, join, or convert to.

Is this the same as TM?

Closely related. The technique I teach was passed to me through Vedic Master Maharishi Vyasand Giri, who received it from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of Transcendental Meditation. I'm an independent teacher of Vedic Meditation, not affiliated with any proprietary organisation.

I'm only here for a few weeks.

That's most people, and it's fine — four consecutive days is the only requirement. What you learn leaves the island with you and works identically in Lisbon or Sydney or your parents' spare room. Between blocks you're welcome in the online group sits, so nothing goes cold.

Can you teach my team?

Yes. Teams that practise together tend to change faster than individuals do — decisions get less reactive and the room gets noticeably calmer. Mention it when we talk and I'll explain how on-site teaching works.

Ask me anything about it first.

Twenty minutes. No pitch. No pressure.

Message me and we’ll find a time — in person if I’m on the island, on a call if I’m not. Ask me anything, and I’ll tell you honestly whether this is for you. Most people book a course afterwards. Some don’t. I’ll survive.
